Barmouth

A re-roofing project which involved the removal of the existing natural slate coverings and replacement of several roof windows. The client made the decision to use new Spanish natural slate, Permavent Apex underlay along with new Velux roof windows and to introduce solar panels.

The property is a holiday let, which made for a challenging project due to the works being undertaken during the winter months and a completion date of early Spring, ready to welcome potential holiday makers to the Welsh coast.
